Christina Hoskins, JD, MSPAS, PA-C is a board-certified Physician Assistant. Before joining PRCMG, she graduated with her law degree from California Western School of Law in San Diego, CA. After realizing her true passion for patient care, she graduated with her Masters of Science in Physician Assistant Studies at Western University of Health Sciences in Southern California. She specializes in treating concussive brain injuries as well as musculoskeletal injuries and had been practicing at another PM&R clinic as the Senior PA-C offering a variety of treatments including occipital nerve blocks and trigger point injections and coordinating care with other interdisciplinary specialists. In her spare time, she enjoys being with her wife and two dogs, traveling, hiking, cooking, and discovering new restaurants.
Moges came to PRCMG with over 30 years of experience as a health care professional, both in the US as well as in his native Ethiopia. He has a passion for teaching as well as providing clinical treatments and care in rural and underserved communities and has worked in clinical services, pain management, infectious disease control, health care administration, research, and education. Moges holds a Doctor of Nursing Practice degree and an MSN in Family Nurse Practitioner from Samuel Merritt University as well as a Master of Science in Nursing from Holy Names University. He is board certified with the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners.
Dale Fanning is a Licensed Acupuncturist, Clinical Herbalist and Therapeutic body-worker in the Northern California Bay Area. He holds a Master’s Degree in Traditional Chinese Medicine from ACTCM in San Francisco, with a focus on treatment of Neuromuscular/Musculoskeletal Pain and Injury Recovery. His treatments are a synergistic combination of acupuncture with therapeutic bodywork, drawing on his extensive knowledge of both Western and Asian Manual therapies. His mission is to lower pain, increase functionality and speed the healing process in his patients.
Jasmin is a licensed acupuncturist and herbalist. She earned a Master’s Degree in 2011 from the Pacific College of Oriental Medicine, which she attended in both New York and San Diego. She is state as well as nationally licensed and has over 2 decades of experience in the field of body work having begun as a licensed massage therapist in 2001 and transitioned to Chinese medicine. She loves working to help relieve people of pain and brings to PRCMG her unique set of skills as of December 2022. Jasmin has worked in different settings all over the world; she started a private practice in Alaska for over a decade while also volunteering for the acupuncture relief project in Nepal and worked throughout Europe on cruise ships.
