Joe began at PRCMG in June 2016 as a medical receptionist for the Emeryville and Walnut Creek offices. He also worked as a billing and back office administrative assistant for the practice before starting his PA program at A.T. Still University in Mesa, Arizona, where he graduated in 2023. He is an urgent care clinician in the Arizona East Valley and a member of the Arizona State Association of PAs. He obtained his California license in 2024 to provide telemedicine services for PRCMG.
